Holy Cow! - Come learn from a local farming family how to make fresh butter from real cow's milk.   At this demo the Lane family will show you a range of techniques for making raw butter while also discussing the newly changed raw milk laws in North Carolina.

Woodworking - Stop by to learn some of the tricks of the trade in making your own cheese board.   Woodworker Mike McClinton demonstrates how to design and build a custom cheese serving and display board.  Learn to create a design, choose and prepare the wood, construct the board and finish with food-safe oils.

Cooking with Ricotta -  Yum - here's a fun recipe that's simple and delicious.  Join Mary Spivey as she walks you through the recipe - pasta with peas and a rustic ricotta and fig tart.
