All competing chefs are members of the WNC Cheese Trail and are challenged to create a Brunch Bite following these guidelines:
A cheesy delicacy perfect for that “in-between” breakfast and lunch. The creation must include local cheese in its recipe and be presented in a small format that will fit on a small plate.
The following WNC Cheese Trail members have been invited to compete. We are still waiting to finalize our list.
